Changing Deduplicated Drive Settings
VSquare deduplicated drive can be changed anytime. You can move the storage or change the behavior anytime.
To change the settings of a deduplicated drive you need to first disconnect the current drive by first selecting the deduplicated drive letter and then clicking on 'Disconnect' button:
This will just umount the deduplicated drive. It will not delete any of the deduplicated drive contents.
Next, you can just mount again the deduplicated drive with the new desired settings.
If you wish to migrate the current storage just copy the contents of the whole "DeduplicatedStorage" folder to the new location and select the new location when indicating the deduplicated storage to be used.
Mounting and unmounting are handled by separate tasks that run in the VSquare scheduling queue. Depending on the current VSquare tasks queue, you may need to wait some seconds before seeing the operations result.
