VSquare Backup Patch Notes 2.4
This document contains all of the updates and fixes that are contained in VSquare Backup version 2.4. Please read each note carefully as it may contain advices on upgrading your current VSquare Backup installation.
Patch Notes -- Version 2.4.0.0
Backup
- Fixed a job concurrency issue that could cause the backup to fail if the latest previous backup indexing job was still active
Restore
- Filesystem restore will now display hidden files and folders on every detected partition.
Reporting
- Fixed an issue that could cause the standard backup report email to be skipped in a successfull backup
Backup Publishing
- Improved backup publishing performance by applying automatic virtual disk indexing to every job. VSquare will now publish only the detected delta to target storage.
- Fixed a bug that could cause Publishing backup history to be unavailable in the virtual machine restore tab
