Server Configuration Wizard fails to start after installation
Symptom
After installing the latest version of VSquare, the Server Configuration Wizard required to complete all VSquare Backup configuration steps will display and exception message and close. The application event viewer displays a message similar to the following:
Cause
This error is caused by an issue in the .NET 4.0 framework that has been corrected in the latest framework service pack.
Solution
To correctly start and use the Server Configuration Wizard you need to install the latest .NET 4.0 Service Pack. You can find the downloadable update here.
